The rooms are brand-new and neat. The location is remote. It's found in a very quiet area, close to many landmarks of Venice.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and directions for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the A/C kept us cool during the hot summer nights. a great experience.
The lack of staff availability during the night. It would have been more reassuring to have someone at the front desk for security reasons.

The location of this hotel excellent, very close to the train station and walking distance to the heart of Venice is you like to explore and walk.Water taxis are very close by if you require transport to St Marks Square. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious.
Unfortunately there were no lifts and we had to carry heavy suitcases up a very narrow staicase. The mosquitoes were also very bad during the night and so it is probably wise to keep the windows shut and bring along some insect repellant.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Venice, I had the pleasure of experiencing the fantastic location near the train station and bus station. The convenience of being so close to transportation options made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was also spacious and neat, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I was impressed with the daily cleaning service, as the room was always kept tidy and fresh. Additionally, the receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I found the hotel to be a great find and would recommend it to others.

We stayed only for one night, and everything that we read about the hotel before actually staying there was truth. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk distance from the bus station, what is important when dealing with suitcases. Also, it is not long but nice walk in the streets full of shops and restaurants from the hotel towards Ponte Rialto and Piaca S. Marco. The hotel itself is in the quiet street, the old building is very well restored to keep the stile, but to make greater pleasure with new furnished rooms and bathrooms. It was possible to have a breakfast in a charming giardino of the hotel. The stuff parla inglese, and also is patient with the foreigners that try to speak italiano...! I reccomend the hotel gladly!

The breakfast here is delicious and the location is fantastic—it's situated on a quiet street. We discovered a lovely pasticceria nearby where we could enjoy hot beverages. This place truly lives up to its 3-star rating.

This place is well-lit with friendly staff, a quick espresso is the only downside; it's conveniently located just a short walk from downtown and minutes away from the Jewish Ghetto.

Everything was clean and good. Great staff and the location was great! We visited Gino's, based a short walk to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and attractive with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the private bathroom.
